As part of my Arizona vacation, Carter and I made homemade mozzarella. We used Ricki's Cheesemaking Kit that I purchased online. It was really easy and fun. Basically all you need is rennet, citric acid and cheese salt. We used powdered milk that sat overnite in the fridge and then replaced 1 cup of this liquid with cream. It was really yummy and worth the work!
